A flying combat maneuver question

Is there anything preventing a paladin with the Ride-By Attack feat, and a flying mount with the Flyby Attack feat, from performing both maneuvers simultaneously? Could the pair swoop by a foe and each gain a single attack at the midpoint of the move?

I'm not sure about the rules, but IIRC, the paladin has to make a ride check, if he and his mount want to attack in the same round.

This is true, although a paladin with max ranks in Ride and a 12 Dex will automatically succeed at this check (DC 10) by the time the paladin gains a mount.

I'm just curious if anything about the one feat precludes using the other. If not, then I may start thinking about having my mount pick up Flyby Attack to get in that extra attack when doing a Rideby Attack.
