A Genie Offers To Change You Int A Member Of A Different Race

I really depends on whether or not we get ported to a D&D-like world as part of the deal. If I get to keep more-or-less my own mindset (as much as can be kept with those ginormous mental stat modifiers, anyway), I'll stick with the LeShay as my choice.

But if I have to buy into their flavor text, I'll need to come up with something different.

Howsabout it, Frukathka? What's the verdict?

So if A Genie offered to change you into a creature of the Fey, Giant, Humanoid or Monstros Humanoid types from any of the 3.X DnD books what would you choose?
Ogre Mage, but retaining my neutral good alignment. Ogre mage gives you innate magical powers, physical might, and polymorph self to keep the human shape whenever is necessary...

Of course, the problem there is that you have no magical ability to alter your appearance. So you'd end up looking a wee bit on the creepy side, to say the least. :]

You were human, now you are dwarven. Goodbye freedom, hello obligations to family and clan. The sun is now frightful, but the clausterphobic rock is now delightful.

And this is bad how exactly?

It would be your choice. You could stay on Earth or pick any WotC published setting (this includes any setting that they have teamed up with other publishers to do) to be a part of.
