I second the recommendation of Hollow's Last Hope. It was a pretty fun, easy to run adventure. It is mostly wilderness exploration, with a small ruin to explore at the end. It's especially memorable because an animated pot almost killed a first level PC.

Imagine the ribbing a guy would get for being killed by some dishes.
Hollow's Last Hope is set in the Darkmoon Vale, which Paizo set several other rather good adventures in (minor spoilers below):
Crown of the Kobold King (dungeons underneath the manor the PCs find in Hollow's Last Hope)
Revenge of the Kobold King
Carnival of Tears (a fall carnival becomes an "evil circus" with ice-fey)
Hungry are the Dead (zombie survival!)
The basic setup of the Darkmoon Vale is that there is a rare wood found there and logging communities have sprung up. The logging communities are kind of shady and lawless, barely civilized. The perfect place for PCs!
