In general, I still think the various multiclass feats are imbalanced with each other. For example, I got to try the paladin one at this weekend. It works pretty well, as often I can have the divine challenge up most of the fight.
The same with the ranger's, I can hunter quarry for an entire encounter and get a nice benefit.
The warlord and clerics allow healing oneself, which while limited 1/day is useful bonus to have in a pinch.
The fighter and rogue's on the other hand is very very weak. You use them once, and then their gone.
So instead of 1/encounter, we change them to 1/day for the duration of an encounter.
Student of the Sword
Choose either one-handed or two-handed weapons. 1/day as a free action you gain a +1 attack bonus to this weapon for the duration of the encounter. Any creature you hit with an attack is marked, but you can only mark 1 creature per round.
Sneak of Shadows
1/day as a free action you can the sneak attack ability. The ability lasts for the duration of the encounter.
