A houserule idea for Fighter and Rogue multiclass feats

So I have a question; (I believe this has been mentioned once or twice elsewhere, but I haven't seen an answer...) the Cleric and Warlord multiclass feats grant you the class healing powers 1/day. The text of the powers indicate that they can be used each encounter, but only up to twice. So does the feat grant you one use of the power once, or up to two uses of the power once, as long as they are during the same encounter?

I've seen this question before, and I'm not sure where the confusion lies. The feat says you get the power "once per day." Because you're getting the power via the feat, that supersedes the normal number of times the power can be used, just like other feats give you a power that's normally "at-will" only once per encounter.

I suppose someone from WotC could overrule me on this, but I cannot imagine they intended anything other than what they said: the feat gives you the power once per day, period.

Wow, just....they do want us to take these feats right?
These are among the best low-level heroic tier feats. Why would anyone ever take Skill Training Nature if they have 13 Str or Dex? I really like the power level of these feats myself...

The fact that they are flat out better than Skill Training is yet another problem with these feats, not a selling point.

What we have now are feats which are all superior to Skill Training, ranging from barely better (the Fighter feat, with its near pointless multiclass ability) to far beyond (the Cleric and Warlord feats).

My beef, and the OP's, from the sounds of it, is that these feats are not well-balanced against each other. The fact that they almost obviate the need for Skill Training (the prereqs for the multiclassing feats still make Skill Training attractive in some circumstances) is a secondary problem with these feats.

There is a pretty substantial restriction however: you can only take one of them, so its not like you can just take each one once instead of loading up on Skill Training.

That and the other restriction I mentioned in my post:
