Agreed. Just a moratorium on the same complaints in every thread. New complaints on each new thread? Knock yourself out.

Great debate via new points? Cool.

The same tired thing you said 12 times this week? Please no.

This is really is so very wrong.

Discussions in this forum like the fate of Paizo and other third party publishers would be of keen interest to folks principally interested in sticking with 3.5.
I agree.

True, but when the change is as trivial as a find and replace, they have no such excuse to fall back on. It's just them ignoring their customers.

Why "dragons tail cut is a bad choice of name, thanks for pointing that out guys before we let it through" and not "warlord is a bad choice of name, thanks for pointing that out guys before we let it through"? I could give a care about the name of a feat, whereas this is a whole core class.

Find and replace? Whoohoo!

dawizard cometh once again!

Have you been there, recently?...some of the complaints I've read over there really, REALLY make no sense. I mean, almost "Timecube" levels of sense.
The bizarre non sequiturs always put me in mind of a daytime talk show audience. "D&D Saga skills suck! I play basketball and there's no way I'm buying the new editon unless Belgium changes its municipal zoning laws. So there!"

Dude I don't blame you. Those zoning laws totally suck.

The problem with ignore lists is that you can't ask if you're on someone's ignore lists...

And Wormwood, though I've been trying to find a proper context to say this in, I positively dig your Rock & Rule avatar.

Only if you get the fan boys to stop with the "Its the best thing EVAR!!!!!!", then sure.

Otherwise...no.

If I have to put up with fan boys, you have to put up with grognards.

Not those who completely fail to note that the thread is about stoppng the threadcrapping, and mods have told the thread to knock off the fanboy/grognard nonsense. That means everyone, including you.

Don't post in this thread again, carmachu. If the reasons for this are somehow unclear, feel free to e-mail one of the mods to discuss it.

Next person who somehow misses the message gets a ban. The irony is not amusing enough to keep such things from trying our patience.

Have you been there, recently? :) There's about as many complaints there as here, even outside of the concerns and criticisms forum they have, so their mods are also having trouble getting people to follow civility rules, too.

...and some of the complaints I've read over there really, REALLY make no sense. I mean, almost "Timecube" levels of sense.

Actually, I haven't. Something about that place puts me off. YMMV. :)

But from what you say, I think there is then a case for the relevancy of criticism of 4e (grumbling, griping whatever one calls it). In fact, we may look back on the split in opinion on 4e as one of the new edition's most important aspects if such split remains equally noticeable once 4e sees actual release. Time will tell. But for now, it seems, the grumbling is relevant and has its place. We live in interesting times. :)
