Did you notice that UA articles give new options (shadow sorcerer, grave priest, celestial warlock etc...), but new spells only for wiz/war/sorc (SCAG, waterborne, elemental evil) and occasional warlock. No other classes.

I imagine its because those are full casters and the others are 1/2
