A PrC for the Warlock

First Post
Right now I am playing a Warlock that is still in the low levels. I was wondering if there is a good PrC for him. I checked out all the ones in the Complete books and the only one that seems like a good fit is the Blood Magus but most of his abilities are useless for the Warlock. Is there a good PrC out there that I am just not seeing?

in the books it says what a prestige class has to have for them to qualify but there are very few that they can take. One of the things Wizards did wrong with the class was not maker it compatible with other books.

IMO, Warlock is one of those classes like Druid and Monk that has so much flavor and so many class features they're already most of the way to a PrC. With your classic four there's a lot of room for additional flavor and a lot of space for new features. Warlock not so much, like Druids you'll almost certainly be giving up more than you get. It can work if you have a very specific idea to run with that isn't purely Warlock such as Mindbender or Daggerspell Mage. Otherwise Warlocks are short on choices and shorter on good choices.

Yea. Mindbender would be a cool one if your not good aligned(unfortunately, i was required to do good aligned with my warlock)

Yep, should've been compatible with the other books - especially the BoVD.
Oh well. Easy enough to come to the DM with a concept and ask if its ok.

Eldritch Knight is fairly easy to modify to let a Warlock use it.

If the DM lets you make some sort of telekinetic invocation (...and does the same mods that he would to Eldritch Knight), Arcane Trickster would be golden.

IMO,

By the class description Warlocks hardly seem to be a class that would be good aligned. Almost everything about the origin of the Invocations and the description of the invocations tell me that this class should be evil aligned.
