Needing to be a +1 LA race and so being able to get a +2 str benefit and some reach while using a limited class ability is 'hard cheese'? At that point they are still behind by a point of attack bonus and an extra penalty to AC for it.

I was actually thinking more of things like the Earth Dreamer, Shadowcraft Mage (<- this is the BIG ONE) and Runesmith PrCs, the Gnome Bard RS levels, and the Dwarf Fighter (AKA Fighter Plus) and Sorc RS levels. Then we'll just throw some of the other material in that book into the mix, like the Earth Hammer spell, and the Spellrazor fighting style.

Now do you see why I consider it Races of Hard Cheese?
