3.5 to both. And don't use either version of enlarge person. It absolutely shifts the power of the game at low levels into the hands of the PCs (especially fighter/sorcerer combos). If you do use it, I'd recommed changing the target line from "one humanoid creature" to "one creature" to at least give the monsters a fighting chance.
