Or you could call it a Werespider Drow Half-Dragon But I perfer the former.

Start with a beholder... add the half-dragon template... add the shadow creature template... pour on 7 levels of barbarian and 10 levels of frenzied berserker, and hey presto! CR33 bad, bad, bad guy.
