I read it before on another link - a blog as I recall. Supposedly, GRRM has had this one pointed out to him elsewhere and he did not decry it as a fake. So yeah, I think it's the real deal.

The part I liked the best about it was that the part that was simply made up out of whole cloth fit perfectly.

We never saw a scene with Jaime and Tyrion in a whorehouse in King's Landing in AGOT. But the scene fit the characters perfectly and it felt authentic to me.

If that's the level of understanding of the characters that the scriptwriter has, the property is in very good hands.
