There's a web-based and app-based character tool called https://reroll.co that has a data import feature using JSON files for classes, subclasses, backgrounds, spells, feats, and races.
I wondered if anyone had considered building such files for Level Up Advanced 5e. It seems like it might be a good fit although it doesn't separate ancestry and heritage.
Here's the details of their JSON input. Note, you have to view this on a desktop, they don't show you the input files on a phone for some reason.
