AC question

i'd let it stack personally
Nothing personal, but this sort of one-liner response is, at best, irrelevant in the Rules Forum. Perhaps the subject of changing the stacking rules in 3.5e interest you. Perhaps your reasons for doing so are solidly based in "common sense". In any case, post it in House Rules.

Just think: a thread of your very own! :)

I prefer to serve, go into secondary topics. I agree that officially they don't stack, i'm just stating as a DM i'd let it slide. I trust my players enough.

Perhaps you better not poorly hide an insult before i raze the boards with flames. :)

Uhm...... :\

I though you had said (in another thread) that you've been on these boards awhile. You should know better than to post a comment like this.

You should know better than to chide other users when that is the job of moderators and admins :\

Oh yeah, and that still doesn't negate your initial wrong.

I have to agree with Nail on this one. You are not having a rule discussion, you are having a "this is how I would play it" comment.

Less than helpful. On top of that you are threatening the whole forum with unsolicited agression. Come on...play by the rules! Either rules of the game or rules of the forum, but please pick one.

Edit: Forgot the OP. No, mage armor does not stack with armor or bracers of armor. Like enhancements overlap, they do not stack.

"play by the rules of the game"

I thought the rules were allowed to be tweaked? I'm not saying what the "official" ruling is wrong, for the 2nd time, i'm just making a casual comment that I would allow one variation of combinations, that's all.

The POINT IS...

No. Mage Armor, Regular Armor, and Bracers of Armor all provide the same type of bonus to AC, and thus, do not stack.
