Acrobat's Trick-Thief

Don't fear the possible mobility with this one... embrace it. Especially since it means the character passed over one of the more combat tuned tricks to get it. Watch some Jackie Chan or Parkour to get in the mood, if needed.

The scene I think of is one from early in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, with the mystery assassin running up and down walls at will. Very cool.

Congrats on joining The Mod Squad, K. Can you post a pic?

I think it's the same principle as when a racial power, class power or item gives you a fly speed until the end of your turn: at the end of your turn you fall unless you're standing on a solid surface.

I would rule this power the same way, despite the lack of an extra sentence. I just think this is consistent with how 4E/4.5E treats special movement.

While I can see where you are coming from, that seems... like a strange decision to make.

After all, unlike with flying, any character can climb, and doesn't fall off if they don't reach a flat spot by the end of their turn. I don't see why using this power should be treated any differently.

After all, if you have something that gives you a swim speed, should you suddenly start drowning if you aren't out of the water by the time it ends? My own opinion is "no, you shouldn't".
