WotBS Act One: Journey to Seaquen—Dassen,

• Where are the refugees coming from? I thought Ragesia didn't invade Dassen until after it took Gate's pass.
• "While the wizards accompany them, they learn of Lady Timor’s background as a wizard, her fear of Ragesian assault, and her preference towards supporting the Resistance and Seaquen." Do I need to know anymore about Lady Timor because at this point, this is all I know.
• Who are the wizards and Quincy Felthuf protecting the roads from? Ragesians? Beasts? Bandits?

1. They come from all over Ragesia, fleeing the scourge.
2. Lady Timor is a potential ally in the next adventure. She is none too happy if she finds out that Dassen is vulnerable from the north because Innenotdar is no longer on fire.
3. They are protecting against bandits or any other threat you want to imagine. Quincy is a potential opponent in the tournament in the next adventure.
