Action Point bonuses

First Post
This came up in last night's session. Do the bonuses various classes and feats give to action point actions apply to a single attack from that action, or the entire action. For example, if you've got a Tactical Warlord in your party, you get a "bonus to the attack roll" equal to 1/2 their Int mod. If they've got Tactical Asault, "the attack's damage roll" gains a bonus equal to the warlord's Int mod.

Up until now we've been applying these things to all attacks made with that action point (such as when using Twin Strike or an Area attack). But does the use of the singular in the descriptions mean you can only apply the bonuses once?

A page reference or FAQ entry would be appreciated, if possible. Thanks.
