AD&D 1st edition Combat Matrix Slide Rule

Greetings,

Long time lurker, but I registered so I could ask if anyone has any info on the AD&D 1st edition Combat Matrix Slide Rule. Who made it, a possible scan of both front and back and even the "inner sleeve".

I had one back in the early 80's - and for the uninformed it was a combat matrix, with some weapon data, and it worked like a Slide rule. You could slide it to the proper setting and it made life much easier as a player/Gm.

Would like to make one for my own gaming sessions, and in part so i can help recapture my youth.

Published in 1980 by Larry Leeds, Omaha, Nebraska.

Double sided slide rule similar to the Fighting Wheel published by TSR Inc. One side has 'to hit' adjastment for hand and missile weapons. The other side has attack matrices for each character type as well as monsters and NPCs.

First off, many thanks for the excellent information. The Larry Leeds Combat Matrix Slide Rule pictured is exactly the one I remember.
