Bard: Vicious Mockery, Minor illusion, Faerie Fire
Cleric: Guidance, Spare the Dying, Bless
Druid: Guidance, Shillelagh, Faerie Fire or Entangle
Warlock: Eldritch Blast, Minor Illusion, Hex
Magic Initiate is a great feat, but Wizards typically don't really make good use of it since they don't share a spellcasting ability with any other class, though you say you have decent Wis and Cha. I would recommend grabbing spells from the Cleric list, because they are the only ones with a lot a spells that do things that wizards cannot. Personally I would choose Bless for the first level spell.
Cleric would be my choice too. Guidance is OP. If your DM isn't afraid to kill off a few players in battle like ours then Spare the Dying is essential. Mending and Light have a lot of utility applications if used correctly.
As for the first level spell I would do with Shield of Faith too. Even if it's a con spell +2 AC is +2 AC. Combined with Shield spell you get +7 to your AC per turn per Shield spell. "A dead wizard deals no damage" is my philosophy.
Sanctuary would be a good spell too but since you will be using your Wiz mod for the NF, I don't recommend it.
Bless is your only other choice. If you want to use your precious con spell on buffing your team then go for it. I think this spell is a serious boost to the team. (Normally I start with a Blur spell and continue to recast it if the fight lasts for more then 10 rounds. Rarely use any other con spell. )
