What would be some good spells and cantrips to steal here? Character is at level 4 and has 18 in Int, 14 in Wis and Cha

For the record, this feat was randomly gifted to me. I still got the +2 to Int at level 4.

Bard: Vicious Mockery, Minor illusion, Faerie Fire
Cleric: Guidance, Spare the Dying, Bless
Druid: Guidance, Shillelagh, Faerie Fire or Entangle
Warlock: Eldritch Blast, Minor Illusion, Hex

Druid.
Guidance, Mending. 1/day Goodberry.
You have +1d4 on all skills, can fix any minor breaks, and will never starve and can recover 10 hp a day.

Magic Initiate is a great feat, but Wizards typically don't really make good use of it since they don't share a spellcasting ability with any other class, though you say you have decent Wis and Cha. I would recommend grabbing spells from the Cleric list, because they are the only ones with a lot a spells that do things that wizards cannot. Personally I would choose Bless for the first level spell.

For the cantrip I think it's got to be guidance.

For the spell, it depends on your character and the party, but bless is a standout.

I like guidance and Bless. I was thinking I could get some use out of Shield of Faith maybe and it would help recharge my Arcane Ward too.

I would have never chosen this feat on purpose, but it was free so I won't complain. Just trying to figure out the best use of it.

Cleric would be my choice too. Guidance is OP. If your DM isn't afraid to kill off a few players in battle like ours then Spare the Dying is essential. Mending and Light have a lot of utility applications if used correctly.

As for the first level spell I would do with Shield of Faith too. Even if it's a con spell +2 AC is +2 AC. Combined with Shield spell you get +7 to your AC per turn per Shield spell. "A dead wizard deals no damage" is my philosophy. :)

Sanctuary would be a good spell too but since you will be using your Wiz mod for the NF, I don't recommend it.

Bless is your only other choice. If you want to use your precious con spell on buffing your team then go for it. I think this spell is a serious boost to the team. (Normally I start with a Blur spell and continue to recast it if the fight lasts for more then 10 rounds. Rarely use any other con spell. :) )
