The looming goliath steps next to the dragonborn and attempts to kick the feet from under the miner's facing J'yri, but his aim is way off.
J'ryi desperately strikes out against the kobold that suddenly appeared behind him, using a flashy maneuver designed to intimidate more than damage. For the first time since being knocked unconscious, he manages to strike down an opponent, fuelled by a bloodied rage. Realizing the extent of his injuries, the dragonborn attempts to take cover behind his goliath companion. He gasps out, "I'll keep them occupied, just land some hits!" He then crouches down in an attempt to avoid further harm from the far-off slinger.
-''Stop hitting other people! Stop it! Hit me!'' Ghorgor belows, furiously. He pushes back the dragon with a vicious swing and corners it, giving a chance to Calisto to slip away.
Calisto stands back and take a moment to calm herself. After a moment, she is ready to come back into the combat and she also get out all the sand in her eyes.

Willow continues to try and launch the insects at the dragon, but again it fails to affect it.

Calisto, able to see again, spots the dragon and start to pierce his mind, confusing him and making him a easier target to hit. "Times to target the dragon. He is vulnerable!"
