RAM TIGER pulls his head out of his feeding bucket to take a breath and sneeze out some rice before lapping up the last of the creole medley. He spends the rest of the time in the tavern breaking wind and tending to his nethers with his tongue.

Kasha's sharp comment quickly stifles the mutterings of the locals, who quickly look away. They don't seem to be man enough to face up to the frightening female half-orc. After eating their delicious meal (and putting the cost on their tab) they head off to the plantation shown to them by Fiora. With them is Andras their new found friend. Strangely Luc does not follow, but stays in the Inn.

The sky seems to have grown even darker as evening heads closer to to nighttime. Thunder rubles overhead, but you can feel not a drop of rain. As you head south from Fiora's cottage you spot a stately manner house that you pass on the road. It must belong to a rich member of the town.

Further south the village ends, and a vast expanse of land begins. Walking along the dirt road you come upon large fields of wheat, corn, and other grains and vegetables. This must be where the village gets a large supply of its food from. However, you notice that strangely the plants seem to be dieing due to negligence.

In the distance you see two buildings in the dim light, both in excellent repair. The stately manor house is white, two-story building with tall columns at the front. The servant's house has but a single floor. You notice light coming from the larger house, someone must be home tonight.

GM: We will just assume the Ingot stayed at the Inn to look after Luc, to give ryryguy a chance to write him out of the adventure if he would like to.

Kasha lets out a low whistle as they approach the dwelling with its fancy portico. "Looks like someone's doing all right for themselves," she comments. She doesn't pause to admire the facade for long; soon she's bounding up to the front door to give a bold knock.

OOC: Kasha's levelled.

Jax nods in agreement with Kasha. Sadly, the wealth is probably all tied up in the crops. He holds up a hand as if to hold Kasha back as she bounds up the steps. "Wait for us! Remember, there is a murdering zombie-thing loose around here." He dashes to the door after her.

OOC: Jax is leveled up and ready to kick butt. He went from crazy-accurate to ludicrously-accurate with this last level.

RAM TIGER paces wildly around, testing the ground and air with his sensitive nose. He looks for any unusual or sinister scents (besides his own, of course).

Dorn steps off to Kasha's side. He tries to appear calm, but he tenses his arcane energies, ready should anything unexpected happen.

OOC: No level here - ready to go

Kasha gives a loud knock, but after waiting several minutes nobody comes to the door. Trying the handle she finds that it is locked as well. However, Andras spots lights coming from a room in the back of the house while peering through a window. Perhaps someone is home after all.

You smell the sent of something strange, though you can't place exactly what it is.[/sblock]

[sblock=Andras]
You spot a picture through a window, a painting of a young man. Though he does not look exactly the same, he does look a lot like the boy Luc you left back at the inn.
[/sblock]

GM: At this point you can either break the door down, pick the lock or try the other side of the house to look for another entrance or to try to find out where the lights are coming from.
