  Ixenvalignat reaches the berm just in time to see the hexer slide down the rise, "Hold, *huff* still! *puff*." The dragonlord climbs down and rushes again toward his moving target. (Double Move)

  Cyrus grins to himself as he sees the bugbear plow into the small goblin and knock him off his feet. He narrows his eyes and lunges upon the helpless goblin; driving his blade in between the goblin's ribs. (HIT; AP – HIT)
   
  As Jesse creeps forward, the sharpshooter that he was looking for came into sight. Quickly, he sent forth a barrage of images which penetrated the tiny goblin's mind. (HIT) 
   
  Finnean approaches the sharpshooter and sticks him with his rapier.  (HIT)
   
  With a flash of the blade, Finnean manages to take down the last sharpshooter, Jesse’s magic missile finishing off the small humanoid. Fierro and Cyrus manages to strike down the goblinoid magic-user in no time

  Searching the bodies, you and your allies find loose coin as well as more mundane items, the likes of which that is found onboard the wrecked ships. 
  [sblock=Loot!][sblock=Everyone]Gathered among the goblins – some stashed under crates, some sewn into the clothing – the heroes find 155sp, 250gp and 7 golden trade bars (50gp each) with a strange symbol stamped on it (unrecognizable).

  [sblock=Finnean]Finnean searches the body of the goblin sharpshooter and finds a shimmering swath of clothing. He shakes it out revealing a Baffling Cloak +1*.[/sblock]
  [sblock=Ixenvalignat]Ixen looks around the wrecks lining the coast and finds, discarded underneath one of the carts, the handle of a sword. Drawing it from the sand, he reveals a Vanguard Broadsword +1.[/sblock]
  [sblock=Cyrus]Cyrus searches the corpses of the blackblades. One goblinoid has finely crafted bracers. Putting them on, Cyrus discovers that they are Bracers of Mighty Striking*.[/sblock]
  [sblock=Jesse]Jesse searches the body of the goblin hexer. He notices that the hexer’s hands are clothed in shimmering, dark fabric. Further inspection shows that they are Resplendent Gloves.[/sblock]
  [sblock=Fierro]Fierro finds nothing suitable but settles for loose coins and a couple of amethyst gems.[/sblock]

  The heroes take a moment to rest and bind their injuries. It is quickly becoming darker and a light fog begins to gather on the coastline. Far off in the distance to the north, a shape shows itself on a hilltop, some sort of tower. Its walls seem to catch the last rays of sunlight, causing the walls to glow.
