OOC: Fight will be over next turn. I built in the crumbling mechanic so it wouldn't grind at the end. Was Enworld down a bit Friday? Waiting just for dimsdale and nerdytenor

Max, being so close to eMab, feels confused. Trying to get his bearings straight, he squints and notices Dante. Kill him Dante!

Jonathan's spear shatters the evil reflection of Auntie Mab and as the mirror-dust settles only Dante's twin remains. It spins and sweeps chains across the battlefield before fading into rubble. Max is pummeled by the assault and falls to the floor.

[sblock=pacdidj]Auntie Mab thinks that the dragonman magus may have used an arcane passkey or rite to bypass the cursed mirror safely. You could have bypassed it with some time, but it would have been difficult. Now that trap is permanently disabled, thanks to Max and your group.[/sblock]

OOC: Evil Dante shifts as a minor action, double strikes at Max then dies.
Combat is over, again rewards are delayed until the end of the next encounter (last one!) You can continue to investigate the room. Somebody help dimsdale :)

OOC: Max does have his second wind, but since it is a short rest now, all of you can spend healing surges. Now, same rules apply as before. If you want to get healing from Inspiring Word, then Max needs a short rest THEN during the next short rest he can use his enhanced healing on you each (2 per short rest). It might make sense to spend some time (5 minutes per short rest) either here or in the other room making use of his "Inspirations"

So in summary Max could use Inspiring work 8 times over 25 minutes. If Draglin can be patient enough. Post how many Healing Surges you use.
