"Devlin, are you okay? Wake up!" shouts Ewald. Staying close to the unconscious man, he punches at one of the remaining skeletal figures, preferably the one that had just injured Devlin.

*corix will cast "Magic Missle" at one of the tiny skeltons after he tries to verbaly wake his comrade.....*

"Aye, lad! I'll stay here so that we are a threat in two places." Given the ease with which the foes are being detached, Argus, foregoes the trip attacks, prefering to dispatch them with solid blows from his axe.
 

Gregorian looks at the creatures in horror, "What the heck are these things??" he asks as he tries to feint in the oposite direction he's going to strike in.

(OoC: Feint... is this still an option in 3.5... Oh, ya, it can be! Wow, that rule has really changed!)
 

SIlvercat will attack whichever of the tiny Skeletal Midges is closest, smashing the little blighter with his makeshift club.
 

Since there is still one more round of unconciousness left, Devlin will continue to lay on the ground, blissfully ignorant. :)

The Elements Mix
Corix shouts out in the downpouring rain, "Delven! get up.... please get up..the storm is getting worse!" as he performs his magic and blasts away one of the tiny figures. The energy blasts shatter one of the smaller figures leaving a small pile of dust to be carried by the ever increasing wind.

Devlin, still quite unconcious, manages to take another breath as the water begins to cover his lips. One of the bone creatures brings it's blade down on Devlin's unconcious body striking well enough. The crude knife deals 2 additional points of damage to Devlin.

Gregorian attempts to fake out one of the smaller figures to manuever into better position to negate it's speed, but find the figure is completely oblivious to his actions. Ewald shouts out, "Devlin, are you okay? Wake up!", but to no avail, and then strikes out and misses against one of the tiny figures that has a bloodied knife.

Silvercat brings down his club, but fails to connect with the tiny devil. Gur takes his quarterstaff and pins and crushes one of the skeletal figures. "Angus! I'm going over to Devlin!", Shariff yells over the din and runs over to his fallen companion attempting to protect him with the protection spell. Argus yells back, "Aye, lad! I'll stay here so that we are a threat in two places," and brings down his weapon cleanly (nat 20, failed to confirm) on the skull of one of the creatures, destroying it. Shariffs strike fails horribly (nat 1) due to the speed of the creature, however, and only manages to stick the staff into the mud.

The remaining bloodlusting tiny skeletal figure stabs into Devlin, inflicting another point of damage (4 so far). As the wounds slowly begin to accumulate, so does the storm. The winds begin to spin around with more ferocity...

The clouds reach down with incredible suddenness, tiny funnel clouds touching down all over the forest. The trees themselves are not moved, but they are quickly being stripped of their leaves and smallest branches. The winds are not strong enough to stop the humanoids, but the tiny figure is knocked down and cannot seem to control it's own functions.

Within the sight of the group, at least six funnel clouds have touched down. Carried by each one, a translucent figure forms, somewhat humanoid, and starts to move towards the group. Everyone becomes aware that 12 additional skeletons are held to the ground surrounding everyone, armed with tiny throwing javalins of some kind.

I'll be adding a map momentarily

The whirlwinds act on 27 next round! The group of skeletal figures act at the end of the round (init 10 actually), however, they are currently knocked down by the wind.

(Sorry, some problems with the map. I didn't save it, which is bad, but at least I managed to get a copy into bmp form first. I didn't letter it either, since I was using a lesser spreadsheet form than excel (need to get a copy at the univ.))

s = tiny skeletal figures
W = whirlwind figures
H = Shariff
Everyone else uses the first letter in their name, except Gur who uses U.

OOC: Question, your actions post says 6 whirlwinds touch down, but the map only shows 4. Where are the other 2?
 

Out of sight. You could see the whirlwinds touch down, not too far away, but not close enough to see them through the forest.
