Adventure: Into the Wild

Rocco climbs aboard, looking for someone to chop, but is dissapointed when everything seems clear.

"It seems our fey lord is already after us, eh? Anyone knows how to fly this thing?"

Mal, those attacks listed under Vizier are Ashir's? Was it melee or ranged? Because other stuff doesn't affect her.

As the Vizier falls Nementah rushes back down, only to see Haruka droping the assassin.
"Ah, good, you're still in one peace. Gather around, I'll call Primera for some spiritual recovery."

OOC: Whoever didn't use their second wind, if you're adjacent to Primera you get +4 to surge value.

Ashir's blasts of lightning are ranged. [/sblock]

The genasi moves out of the hallway and sees that his allies have defeated their foes. He sees the battered allies, Ashir shakes his head. "This is very disturbing. If these creatures worked for Severus, we are in far great danger than I expected." he says, taking a second to recover his strength.

Ashir will use 2nd wind (regain 15) + 1 surge (11) to get back to full.

3 surges used, 1 AP used, no Daily powers used though.

GM:
Short rest

5 assasin : 3500XP
1 Vizier: 700XP
1 Succubus: 900XP

700XP bonus XP for the semi-trap and unfavorable starting conditions (call it Minor Quest: Survival ;) )

5800XP

X 2 then divided by 8 = 1450XP

No time XP, that'll be at the extended rest. No treasure either; no time to search the bodies yet.

The party gather on the deck, catching their breath and licking their wounds. Okay, so, the crew were shape changing devils and cultist. Now they need to steer that magical ship themselves. Could be worse.

Then they hear the ship groan and crack. Oh yeah, that's right. There was an explosion in the hold. Could the ship be sinking? These assassins were undoubtfully fanatics. Even if they had won, they would have inherited a sinking ship. Unless...

The boat is suddenly covered in shadows. Everyone raises their head together praying for a cloud covering the sun.

Of course not. It's never a cloud when your ship is sinking. It's always a host of fiery angels sworn to Asmodeus' allegiance.

"Of course," Dante says, staring at the fiery host. Virgil glances at them as he continues to chew on the piece of the Vizier's robe he tore off.

OOC: I'll spend two surges for Dante to top him off, one for Virgil to put him at 50/54hp.

"What is that?! Another demon? Spread out a bit." Rocco draws Bloodfire and cocks it to throw. "Shoot them down or talk?"

OOC: Rocco spends one surge to get to full

Nementah quickly binds the cuts the assassin did and prepares for onslaught of the fiery angels.

"Fire on a ship. Almost as bad as in the forest. Take care to extinguish anything that might catch fire as soon as you see it burning."

OOC: two surges to top off

"We will be harried at every step," Renquist says grimly, readying his blade. Of course, he always sounds grim...

[sblock=ooc] I will take advantage of the Primara's bonus for second wind and use two surges to bring me to 40/41, now down 3 HS (9/12). Fixed healing bonus mistake. That xp is enough for me to level up, do I need to wait until extended rest or can I move to level 4 now? [/sblock]
