As Tonk hits the vampire once more Dextyr lets out a hearty laugh. "Not looking so tough now are you?" Dextyr shouts at the Vampire, while continuing singing and he takes a step forward.

Larinza moves up to striking distance of the vampire and strikes out, missing with her glaive. Bloodied and starting to appear more like a feral animal than human, the vampire glares at Shorrin You who hound me so, become my hound! Shorrin's eye glaze over and he lowers he guard. When the vampire turns on Tonk, it almost looks like fear in it's now dull eyes. It strikes out at the half orc, missing with one fist and barely striking with the next, doing nothing to dull the rogue's fervor. He moves away again from the group towards the passageway, but he can't get far into it.

Shorrin roars an eerie wail and charges Murphy, but his uncoordinated assault misses wildly.

[sblock=mechanics] Larinza misses by alot with Wolf Pack Tactics (shorrin can shift 1). The vampire uses Dominating Gaze on Shorrin 1d20+9-2=25 first. Then he tries to beat up on Tonk 1/2 punches only lands one for 7 damage and push to N14. Shorrin tries Knockdown Assault, but the dice must hate him rather than OnlytheStrong (1d20+8=10)

He is definitely not doing very well, everyone gets to go but Shorrin.

With Larinza in front of his ability to get to the vampire, Murphy moves closer still, calling upon more shades to attack the creature. The assassin drops his blade and pulls out a dagger from his belt and in one fluid motion throws it at his foe. The blade doesn't manage to pierce his foes tough skin, but Murphy's shadowlings steal a bit of the creature's false vitality before returning to the Shadowfell.
