OOC: sorry, I thought that others would want in on this. I will speed up my posting. What do others think of these new tags. IS it OK if I use them?

Elurín glances at teifling with a smile
His fear of the boss my do our persuading for us.
Tell us about the boss. How many others of you are there? Are they in small bands?

Mari

"So tell me more about your boss. What's she like?"

"I'd also like to know what you think will happen your band does not return. How soon were you expect back?"

"Hmmm, well her name's Kressle. She's got a temper and fight in her way more than I got, she ain't much fer surrenderin'. She's a master of her hatchets, cuts through people like butter she does. There's eight others, including her, they might be out in bands, but once we don't come back tonight they'll be on the lookout fer trouble. I ain't sure what they'd do, maybe come lookin' fer us, maybe not." Happs replies.

Thanks, that information might buy your life. Before I explain, tell me how are people getting screwed by the nobles.

[sblock=Elurin's plan]I have been trying to come up with a way to use him. Here is my plan: taking the pendant off his neck. "Fine, we will leave you tied up here and go to your group before your expected return. If we return tonight, we will let you go; you are not much threat by yourself, you are a bully and bullies are weak alone. Needless to say, if you ever threaten folk again, your life will be forfeit and no amount of information will be able to buy your freedom. If we do not return tonight, the people here will kill you while you are tied up; if by some chance you are not killed by the good people here Kressle will know that you betrayed her. So if you want to survive, you want us to be successful against Kressle and her gang. Do you understand? [/sblock]

Happs nods are Elurin's words, "So ya gotta be new round here or somethin'. Nobles ain't doing no work, they make us "commoners" they call us do all the heavy liftin' and they get fat on our work. We can barely make enough to eat and it's a vicious cycle ya know? No matter how hard we work, there ain't no good can come of it, just more for the nobles. We figured it's time to take our share of all that work we be doin'" the man says, his voice surprisingly full of conviction.

Happs' words strike a chord in half-elf who grew up the son of a noble in a nobles house but because of who his mother was, he was treated like a servants child.
That does not sound just.
Tell me what happened to you and yours specifically. Also how many of Kressle's people have been pushed to feel desperate and angry like you and how many just want to prey upon others?

OOC: reading up on Peasant's Revolts

"Well, they be sayin' they're all fer the revolution, but then they go out and attack whoever they see on the roads. I'm thinkin' the lot of them are just out fer blood. Well, maybe not Jerak, he's a young one, far younger than the rest, but he don't talk much. Barely any hair on his chin, can't be more than 16. Heard his parents didn't get their crops planted in time, as his pa hurt his knee and couldn't plow. Way I heard it, they begged the noble who's land they worked for some food to get through tha winter, but he tossed'em out. They starved ta death, but somehow he survived... I ain't want ta think what he went through..." Happs says

"So what does the band fear? What else is out here that you take pains to avoid? Does Kressle owe allegiance to anyone else or is she just out for herself?"
