[Adventure]: Land Ho! FWBTHW (DM:H.M.Gimlord,Judge:Ozymandias79)

As the minotaur ranpages through the group, he gazes on the fragile human among them and raises a hoof to comptemptuously stomp on him like a bug. The terrified human looks as the monster attacks... then dissolves in a cloud of pink smoke.

Looks like the newcomer is more resourceful than he seemed at first. As soon the minotaur appeared, he used an illusion to mislead the monster; Max is actually some feet away, near the rubble. There he raises his crystal orb and streams of force fly towards the beast.

Magic missile? Everyone around is familiar with the spell, a trick so simple that almost every mage can cast it. These, though, don't seem to be of the standard variety. They strike with unusual force, sending the minotaur over the edge of the cliff, balancing precariously...

I suppose a level 16 solo is a good moment to use resources.
immediate interrupt: Wizard's Escape when attacked by Ragast's trample, which counts as a melee attack. Max isn't hit, and appears at E20
free action: Drop Stang
Move & Minor actions: Draw orb and wand.
Standard action: Magic Missile, autohit for 9 damage and pushed 3 squares to I25-J26. That'll make him not suffer the flaming sphere's damage at the start of his turn, but I think it may be worth it.
Action point-Standard Action: Magic Missile, autohit for 9 damage and pushed 3 squares to L28-M29. Since that's beyond the cliff's edge, he must make a save or fall[/sblock]

OOC: Where is the minotaur after the pushing?
Trying to figure out the mechanics, the Strength of Conviction effect should be still active (maximizes Riardon's healing rolls) and my Amulet is still unused (as he lost only 1 HS).
I will use stand the Fallen next to allow us all others to spend a HS again.

OOC: The map could be a problem considering Max's choice of powers; most of them involve pushing, sliding or letting allies shift, sometimes in a large area.

If you don't mind, at the start of the combat you could post the map and the player's tokens separatedly, so I can post an updated map myself and save time and MD effort

GM: Someone's got a point because actions will need to be in two parts. The first part is his immediate interrupt and OA, which occur during Rhagast's turn.

The pushing does not resolve until everyone else has already conducted their OAs (or other interrupts if possible).

When(if) you post an IA/OA, your action will resolve in the order in which Rhagast vacates a square adjacent to your PC according to his movement history posted above.

When you post your normal turn actions, they will resolve after Max's pushes (Rhagast being prone at J25-K26)

Rhagast, has NOT YET received an OA that effects his movement or otherwise ends his trun prematurely, so his movement history is still as posted, and his position at the end of Max's turn is prone at J25-K26.

I hope this clears things up a little.
Sheng, Gensai, and Riardon still have the opportunity to execute OAs/IAs that may change this.

Riardon

Riardon takes a swing as the big minotaur passes bye.

OA: Basic Attack
miss, unless Riardon got somehow CA (flanking etc.)

GM: Walking Dad: Since Rhagast does not attack Riardon until he enters Riardon's square, technically, Riardon's OA occurs before Rhagast's attack. This means that Riardon's OA occurs from his original position, before he is pushed. Thus Riardon and Phoenix are flanking Rhagast at the time of Riardon's OA, and the resulting CA makes your roll hit.
