But the good news is Zelgar, after healing himself, have 6 HS left and is part of the group. If you want him to contribute some HS, you can. Also remember he is the weakest member of your group and you were hired to bring him safely back to Sharn.

OOC: Sure, but at some point we have to adjudicate the effects of the ritual. So I will assume Khazin is not here and that Zelgar will spend 2 surges to heal himself, leaving him with 6. So we have a total of 16 surges and burning 1 for the ritual leaves 15 to split between six of us. I am probably fine with only 2 surges if others need the third more than I do. Zelgar should get at least 3.

OOC: Son of Meepo has given you the description. And no you won't lose the mercurial mind, that effect is permanent. I just wrap all the permanent and consumable effect in a single item.
 




OOC: Mythra needs 2 surges for full HP so he would have 4 left. I can only spend 1 however, but I won't be at full HP. I'll keep owlbear HP at how it is so I don't have to use a surge on it.

OOC: I imagine that's probably just something we have to decide for ourselves if we want to do (unless Zelgar tells us it's too urgent to spend the extra 5 minutes), and deal with the consequences of the decision based on what plays out after (whether we get attacked her, or get there and they had a little extra time to prepare, or nothing changes, etc).
