Hasifar finds his strides shortened by the slippery mud and the filth filled ground. At his last step, he almost falls off balanced, but manages to regain stability. "I'll be right there!" He says to Artemus, before trying his mind trick again.
"Ya two vomit puddle fer faces, let go my friends now!" commands the sorcerer, and subtly sending a powerful wave of psychic energy to tare the creature's mind apart.

Knoepf scans the area. Seeing that the foe to his left is being handled by Artemus, Hasifar and Tirial, he moves to to help Boruuk. He mumbles a prayer and slams his cane to the ground. Silver flame flows from the bottom of his cane though his feet, up his legs, then his torso, then the rest of his arms and head. Silver light now changes to bright white, at which point Knoepf raises his hands upward and states: "begone foul beasts of the sewer!" As the words are stated, a burst of bright light charges into all friends and foes around him. The Otyughs to his right and center roar in discomfort while Knoepf and nearby foes get some much needed healing.

Tirial nods at Artemus' suggestion, although he can't see the movement. The eladrin continues sending arrows at the otyugh, but the smell of the sewers and the plight of her allies causes her concentration to break. Both arrows sail over the enemies head.

Artemus takes advantage of Hasifar presence. Just as the creature is hit by his companion, he see the attention of the creature being turned toward him. With a swift move, he stab the creature who cannot dodge quickly enough the blow. "Tirial, that's one is badly wounded. Finish it so we can start to help Borruk."

Otyugh 3 staggers under Hasifar's and Artemus' combined assault.

Boruuk struggles against the appendages wrapped around his body, doing his best to keep them from crushing the life from him "If you....could...hurry...up....please?" the goliath says hoarsely, as he tries to again swing his axe at the creature in front of him. The angle is awkward for such a large weapon and it barely scratches the beast.

Otyugh 1 takes out his frustration with losing Boruuk by biting him hard in the arm. Fortunately, Knoepf's silver flame helps, but Boruuk still feels a burning in the wound.

Otyugh 2 takes advantage of Boruuk's escape, it retreats back and tries to pull Boruuk into the deep water, but Boruuk holds his ground.

Otyugh 3 decides to grab Artemus again and wrenches him hard. Knoepf's silver flame again comes to the rescue, turning a serious attack into a lesser one.

[sblock= OOC]
Hasifar hits Otyugh 3 for 19 and Otyugh 2 for 13.
Knoepf heals everyone but Tirial for 13 and weakens Otyugh 1, 2, and 3.
Tirial misses Otyugh 3.
Artemus hits Otyugh 3 for 8.
Boruuk misses Otyugh 1, but damages it for 4 and escapes from its grab.
Otyugh 1 bites Boruuk for 7 (after weakened) and Boruuk loses a healing surge.
Otyugh 2 tries to pull Boruuk deeper into the water, but fails.
Otyugh 3 grabs and criticals Aremus for 7 (after weakened).
Artemus misses Otyugh 3.

Tirial 16/45, bloodied
Artemus 22/39, grabbed by Otyugh 3 (requires Acrobatics or Athletics to escape), -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench
Boruuk 31/51, grabbed by Otyugh 2 (requires Athletics to escape), -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench
Otyugh 1 14, marked, weakened
Otyugh 2 19, quarried, weakened
Otyugh 3 45, bloodied, weakened
Hasifar 41/41
Knoepf 34/40

Note: Hasifar is at I9 not I10 due to difficult terrain.

The entire floor is difficult terrain due to water, potholes, and slippery slime.

Normal light currently consists of the 5 squares within Knoepf's location. Low light vision is 5 squares beyond that.

I'm using the yellow triangle to indicate visually a creature that has some form of condition or grabbed or marked or some such. You'll need to check the text here to find out the specifics. I'm using the little red dot to visually indicate bloodied. And I'm using the shading to represent the auras.

It's Hasifar's turn.

Could you take over running Hasifar?

I'm ruling that he moved to L9.

Do not use any Daily powers of his, but you can use Encounter powrs and/or an Action Point.

[SBLOCK=OOC]No problem. Anyway, once the O3 is dead, Hasifar will probably stay behind Artemus as Borruk will be in melee too.[/SBLOCK]

Artemus doesn't take time and stab the creature for a serious wound. "You go down!" he tells to the creature.

Tirial moves close to the wall and turns her focus away from the farther enemy to the one Artemus is combating. The eladrin fires a pair of arrows that streak towards the foe. One slams into it, but the other skips off the water once before disappearing in the muck.

Hasifar fights with the slippery terrain, and somehow he reaches the creature, to stab at it, sending yet another wave of mental assaults to the other creatures. "Now Artemus, finish'im!"

But somehow, the foes seem real resistant to his mental attacks.

Knoepf smiles as the tide of battle seems to be turning. He continues to focus on Boruuk. " Hit it Boruuk and feel the warm of the silver flame.." Boruuk's enemy turns a silvery hue and screams in defiance.

Artemus doesn't take time and stab the creature for a serious wound. "You go down!" he tells to the creature.

Although still bothered by his stinging eyes, with Hasifar's distraction, Artemus just manages to strike a vital organ.

Tirial moves close to the wall and turns her focus away from the farther enemy to the one Artemus is combating. The eladrin fires a pair of arrows that streak towards the foe. One slams into it, but the other skips off the water once before disappearing in the muck.

Just like Artemus, Boruuk's stinging eyes prevent a solid blow until Knoepf's silver flame shows him the way to a successful strike. As he does so, he also feels the healing power of the silver flame. He then gets the last of Otyugh 2's clinging tentacles off of himself.

Just in time for Otyugh 1 to yet again grab and rake Boruuk.

Otyugh 2 again tries to grab Boruuk, but fails. Frustrated, Otyugh 2 stops fighting Otyugh 1 over Boruuk and moves closer in search of easier prey.

Seriously wounded, Otyugh 3 flees in fear.

[sblock= OOC]
Hasifar misses Otyugh 3.

Note: Hasifar's second attack never occurred because the first attack was an odd roll. Velmont, the only encounter power Hasifar still has is Thundering Roar. He has used his others.

Knoepf hits Otyugh 1 with Astral Seal.
Artemus hits Otyugh 3 for 21.
Tirial hits Otyugh 3 for 12.
Boruuk hits Otyugh 1 for 9 and escapes from Otyugh 2's grab.
Otyugh 1 grabs Boruuk for 12.
Otyugh 2 misses Boruuk.
Otyugh 3 moves away.
Hasifar and Artemus each get an Opportunity Attack against Otyugh 3 if they so desire.

Tirial 16/45, bloodied
Artemus 22/39
Boruuk 32/51, grabbed by Otyugh 1, -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench
Otyugh 1 23, marked, -2 penalty to all defenses TENT (Knoepf's)
Otyugh 2 19
Otyugh 3 78, bloodied, quarried, fleeing
Hasifar 41/41, -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench
Knoepf 34/40

Note: I misread the disease rules. Boruuk and Artemus did not yet contact the disease and lose a healing surge from it. We'll handle that at the end of the encounter.
