Ignatious is wide-eyed for the whole trip, quite fascinated with the elves. He looks them all over carefully to see if any of them look like wizards. In camp, he happily takes a small serving of everything so as to try it all. He sits next to Sara and laughs uncomprehendingly at the pinky joke. He keeps his dagger sheathed.

Sara pushes a large mug of ale into his hand and declares "Iggy you need to loosen up a bit, has anyone ever told you that? You're small enough as it is, you don't need to make yourself smaller with silence! Say, show me a magic trick! Something flashy, you know?"

The idea of magic being cast, gets the elves atention, and all of them in the tent (only 4 right now, including the boy) turn their heads to see the halfling perform.

The monk boy takes some food that he eats with enjoyment, but asks for only water to drink. He sits next to Rogier, who's been left aside by the others, but he can't find a good topic to start a conversation, so he listen to the others. He doesn't get the pinky joke, but he's too shy to ask, and when magic is mentioned his attention is on the halfling as well.

"Oh, well" Iggy blushes, "I'm sure my magic doesn't compare to that of the elves. I am a graduate of the prestigious Academy of the Chromatic Order in Tharol, but see, I only just graduated so I've still got a lot to learn. As the white trim on my robe indicates, I am a divinor. This means I am a specialist in information. Lingua Dulchi Clavari This can allow me to understand any speaker no matter what the language, as long as I am touching them. What's the most esoteric language anyone here speaks? Speak it and I'll tell you what you have said."

OOC: Iggy cast comprehend languages. He will translate for anyone who speaks a real language and lets him touch them while they speak. I had trouble making a good post in the character thread, so let me list his standard spells now to avoid future confusion
0: Daze, Dancing lights, detect magic, ghost sound
1: Comprehend Languages, color spray, mage armor

Rogier dismounts after arrival, and pets the griffon a bit. "You are doing your task remarkably well." He smiles at the elf-rider and he greets him, then he follows the group to one of the tents, where he grabs a plate as well.

Seeing how Wind sat next down to him, silent, Rogier decides to make the conversation. "So Wind, how did you experience our travel? You liked being up in the sky, on the back of such a mighty creature as a Griffon?"

Thebis jumps of the Griffon and streches his leg. [let's see if this is better than dark red] Do you really have to fly that high? I'm cold to the bone. and he makes his way to the bonfire. After a few seconds, he hear Sara invite him to sit next to her and so he trades his warm place next to the bonfire for the hard bench opposite of Sara.

Sure, ask away. he says.

Grateful to Rogier for starting the conversation the young man answer the paladin's question in a low voice.
"As you can tell by my name, I like speed." he says with a chuckle. "I especially love running. The wind on my face, the raising heartbeat, the fluid movement of my muscles help my concentration. Running keeps me focused, body and mind. To ride the griffon was a similar experience, but without the bodily part. It has been a very interesting mental and spiritual experience. It gave me something to meditate on. How has it been for you? My rider told me he has been flying with griffons for already 125 years, and he's still enjoying it as the first time. What would you do if you could live for centuries?"

"Your mother is a painted slave" Iggy translates, looking a bit uncomfortable with how his demonstration is going.
Wind, impressed, offers Iggy his hand, and states in dwarven: "Lose your fear, and you gain the world."
