Arkavas looks disapprovingly on Gogmorthak's bravado, "Like hell you can. Down the rat-hole mates!" Rushing toward the owlbear, Arkavas attempts to buy his friends some time...and life, "This thing's all fur...and BEAK!" His blade, though massive, only manages to give the owlbear a much needed trim, "That'll by ten quid ya bloody beast!"

[sblock=Actions]
Move: P9
Minor: Curative Admixture
Target: Gruff
Standard: Magic Weapon
Target: Owlbear
Attack: 1d20+12=20 Miss![/sblock]

[sblock=Quick (fuzzy?) math]Ladies and Gentlemen, the enemy has a total of 430hp. This outweighs us by more than 2 to 1. It also means we need to go the equivalent of 5 rounds without a miss before we can clear the area of them. They have CA and damage on us, not to mention a massive ally. How 'bout we follow Sweatness' lead?[/sblock]

"This might be a first, but the gnoll looks like the wise one. Down the hole we go." says Gogmorthak as he moves towards the hole. He'll head down warring with his instincts to stay above and make sure the others make it in first.

"Down the hole, then! Taunt them as you go!"

Gruff stands his ground, taking another punishing slash at the owlbear.
[sblock=mechanics]
Gruff regains 12 hp + 3 from Arkvatas's admixture.
The Wing Mage and the sneak who hit Gruff take 2 damage (from Evil Eye Fetish, for hitting Gruff with combat advantage)

Standard: Booming Blade (vs. AC) (1d20+9=28, 1d8+5=12) The Owlbear treats all squares adjacent to Gruff as difficult, and takes extra damage (1d4+4=7) if it moves away on it's turn.
Gruff regains 10 HP from being the first to hit the Owlbear.

Save vs. Dazed (1d20=19) Saved!

Gruff is now 51/55 hp and no longer dazed.

[sblock=OOC]I don't know about Narvala, but the owlbear is not in the right spot. It's supposed to be in P10-Q11. Gruff and Gog seem correct. Sweetness is, evidently, at the bottom of the stairs, under the trap door.[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]Back on regular schedule here. The owlbear is at the right place. I might have forgot to tell he has walked there, but nothing prevented him last round to do so. I don't think anyone had chance for an immediate interrupt on such action either.

Also, last action I can see from Narvala tells she would move there.

No update have been done on the map since my last combat update.

Oh! And teh owlbear is still on fire (and I mean, he failed his save, not he is doing a carnage: Owlbear save (1d20=4))[/SBLOCK]

[SBLOCK=OOC]I'll update by the end of the day. If I got no action for Narvala, I'll assume she will retreat, as the group seems to have chosen that strategy.

Anyone have heard of Impact. He hasn't log since December 22nd...[/SBLOCK]

Gogmorthak shift over the trap door, covering the others retreat for the moment to quickly follow them soon.

Narvala moves toward the Tor, but the last wound seems to hinder her for moment before she become use to the pain.

Radtash try to bane the Owlbear to ease the burden on Gruff and Arkavas but he cannot pierce the will of the beast. He asks a prayer to heal Narvala. He then quickly follow Sweetness.

The owlbear is too distract by his fur burning and miss both his attack on Gruff, but he successfully extinguish the fire.

The Wing Mage attack Arkavas with a solid hit with his bolt of force, which also give guidance to the Wing Mage further attack.

The assassin tries to shot again at Narvala la but miss.

The three sneak, from their hiding place, tries to attack Gruff, Arkavas and Narvala. Only the Flamist is hit with a pretty deep wounds, which would might have put her unconscious if Rastash would have healed her.

[SBLOCK=OOC]By the way, stairs are difficult terrain...

Sweetness enter the trap and is three squares down.

Gogmorthak can either shift or walk into the stairs. The latest giving an AoO, I have chosen the first for Gog. Also, you'll see that the stairway down become fastly crowded. Also: save (1d20=20) no more dazed.

Narvala is actually slowed (save ends), so she can only move 2 squares. But she saved:save (1d20=12).

Radtash: Bane on Owlbear (1d20+8=13) Miss. He gives an Healing Word to Narvala (Healing Word (1d6+4=8)) before he walks inside the traps. He is two squares down into the stairs

Owlbear attack twice Gruff: Owlbear double attack on Gog (1d20+9=14, 2d6+5=12, 1d20+9=12, 2d6+5=8) Miss both. save (1d20=13)

Wing Mage: Murder of Crows on Arkavas (1d20+10=26, 1d6+4=10). Stealth (1d20+8=17). Most people can see him, other learn his position from them, so still visible.

Assassin: Venomous Shot at Narvala (1d20+10=13, 1d8+4=12). Miss! He then return to hiding: Stealth (1d20+11=28) Hidden!

Sneak1: Attack; Damage; Stealth (Arkavas) (1d20+11=15, 3d4+10=18, 1d20+11=14) Miss and stay hidden

Sneak2: Attack; Damage; Stealth (Gruff) (1d20+11=16, 3d4+10=14, 1d20+11=26) Miss and stay hidden

Sneak3: Attack; Damage; Stealth (Narvala) (1d20+11=20, 3d4+10=20, 1d20+11=30)Hit and return hidden.[/SBLOCK]
