Not seeing any doors that could allow him to follow and hearing Mythra in distress, goliath turns around going around kal'Taron and quickly sketching a rune in the air. It flies toward Mythrea shooting blue stars all around. One star lands on each of his companions fortifying them against undead attacks.

He then swings at the zombie, trying to clear the way for his companions. It seems this zombie is somehow favored of the gods as he misses again

OOC: Good news everyone!

You need Line of Sight in order to Fey Step, and currently Mythra doesn't have Line of Sight to anything (since he's in complete darkness), let alone to E8, which is directly through a wall from him; so even if it was light he couldn't Step there.

Regarding Orsik's Perception check last round: looking around he can see a low shaft in each of the north corners of the room, at floor level, far too small for a human to fit through - perhaps big enough for a rat.

OOC: A quick FYI to forestall any abortive attempts at lighting things up: the Hunger of Hadar spell creates a zone of darkness which blocks all Line of Sight. There's no mention in the rules of Light spells or effects cancelling that effect. Mythra could produce a new light source, which would let him see what's attacking him, but it still wouldn't let him see through that zone that blocks the tunnel intersection.
 


OOC: @Luiinnar - maybe bring up some light and try to run away? Do you have a good way to avoid opportunity attacks? Does someone have any useful buff for Mythra. kal'Tarron feels really bad about leaving you stranded back there - we all fell right into the ambush :(

I think Mythra is on his own. Fortunately, it is dark where he is at, so he can keep casting bursts and blasts where he does not get a penalty to hit, but his foes are at -5 to hit him. Hopefully, none of his foes have darkvision. I think he also still has his Second Wind (+2 to all defenses) and his Shield spell (+4 to AC and Reflex). And, since he did not use his AP for moving, he still has it for this round for Second Wind. So, he might survive for a few rounds. I doubt anyone is going to hazard the zone to get to him.

[sblock=ooc]I swapped Shield to try Mystical Debris sadly... but I could use second wind and with bloodcut armor that would be +3 to defenses.

I could try to make a break for it, but I'm not sure how it would work out. Even if I don't trigger a OA, I still might get knocked out from ongoing damage. One of my attacks does deny enemys OA, but it is ranged area. Pity I don't have my daily, the dustdevil would really be useful.

Well if Mythra does die this encounter, he can always come back to haunt the party! ;) [/sblock]
