Alexia continues to throw out debilitating hexes while allowing her allies to gain vitality from the fallen. She then focuses her energies on herself, knitting some of her wounds while granting an all too brief respite from the hindering spirits.

[sblock=Actions]Virtue of Valor: Muzdum gains 4 thp for killing people.
Standard: Vicious Mockery Axe. Hits Will 23 for 11 psychic damage, more if vulnerable from Orsik, and it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls TE of my NT.
Minor: Oh what? I'm bloodied? Fine. Majestic Word on myself, healing surge+6, gaining 4 thp, and sliding to G10.

Save vs immobile. Still nope.

OOC: Sorry, but to me this said that allies gain +1 to hit and +2 damage vs enemies adjacent to Orsik.

Or, it said that Orsik gets +2 damage TENT Orsik.

Nowhere was it spelled out that "Allies within 5 squares of Orsik gain +2 damage TENT Orsik due to Rune of Mending".

Clear to you since you know your PC.

Clear as mud as you had it written. My eyes skipped right over it because it didn't appear to apply to me.

And based on renau1g's post, he didn't pick up on it either. Nor did most of the other players.

Just to be clear: this will never be spelled out as you wrote it, there may at any time be two or more effects combining features, dailies and runestates - I'll write them down, with clear conditions and types (for example, rune of mending gives +2 power bonus to damage, which means Grys wouldn't benefit from his power which also gives +1 power bonus.

The above says: allies gain x vs adjacent; y vs specific (still allies no change of subject); ORSIK (notice subject change) gains +n vs grass

Maybe it's language thing? In mine, as long as subject is not changed, any partial sentence is related or relates to the subject of the last one.

OOC:
Write it however you want.

But, I will tell you. As a DM on two adventures here in LEB, it's a royal pain in the butt to have to look the powers of the PCs up every time. Some players merely write down the name of the power.

Big fricking whoop. As a DM, the player just added 5 minutes to my time because I have to go look up a power now.

Minimally, you should state the following with that power so that the DM and other players do NOT have to go look it up:

"Allies within 5 squares of Orsik gain +2 damage TENT Orsik"

1) This states which allies.
2) This states what they gain.
3) This states exactly when it ends.

Do what you want, but I do know that I am not the only DM who gets frustrated when players don't have the common courtesy to write down exactly everything that is happening for their powers, feats, items, etc.

But just writing down that Rune of Mending gives +2 to damage is lazy and lame. Your choice, but don't be surprised when people don't know what your power actually does and the team loses some of the benefits of it. It has already happened once here and you are now claiming that you are still going to write a minimal amount of information down. It'll happen again dude.

I think you're giving this too much weight: I wrote all allies because that was the case, you were all within 5 when I used it. I stated the duration (TENT orsik) and effect (+2 damage; +1 to hit vs adjacent opp). You don't have to look it up, I didn't write the power name, don't downplay what I wrote.

This functioned nicely in the last campaign, everyone got it right. Therefore, read what it says or miss on some bonus(es), your choice.

Can we let this drop? I'll write in sblocks if that will help, for allies, for Orsik, for GM, whatever.
