Adventure Thread idea

I've been working on this for a while. My party is at 10th level and I'm hoping to bring them up to high levels over the course of this series of sessions. The party has killed a Mind Flayer pirate in an apparatus of Kwalish. This drew the attention of his allies, an order of criminals now bent on avenging him. So far we have a revenant who gets cremated in a mortuary in front of the party and then comes back after them anyway, and then a cambion whom the party has met before, and 'cured' of the curse that made him one only to find out that they cured him of his human part and the devil comes after them, and a night hag haunts the dreams of the town and gets the constable and the guard turned against them causing them to be blamed for everyone's nightmares. Each is a level appropriate boss.

I need a few more. Ideas?

Run those, and then give them a sandbox day. Whatever they do, in that one day, will give you seeds.

I need a few more. Ideas?

Instead of first focusing on monster types, I'd ask what are the relationships between the dead Mind Flayer Pirate and the Revenant, between the Mind Flayer Pirate and the Cambion, and so on? Why do they each individually care so much about it that they seek revenge?

Then once we know motives/relations of each of the 3 you already have, it will be easier to see what you might be missing / would add something new & interesting.
