Determined to help Thusk and Valahad finish of the worst threat first, Lanharath ignores the not-so-stealthy guard that managed to climb its way back up the deck of the ship, continuing to circle around the Baron. Lanharath pretends to stumble, luring the Baron closer and at the last second, he rolls to the side and stabs out at the giant sahaguain, Il-Yannah's holy light guiding his blade. The Baron stumbles forward from the wound in his side and this places him between Lanharath and the sneaking sahaguain guard.

If you wouldn't mind taking control of Thusk until end of battle I'm cool with that, you might need access to all his resources in this difficult fight, so I remove the restriction against using his dailes/ AP's. It isn't fair that your biggest hitter is restricted so much.

River, seeing the raider threatening him and Pok, decide to take a chance and Command the raider to go to help his leader, but he is only answered by the trust of the raider's Trident, which is turned aside by the shifter's trusted armour.
"The Light of Il-Yannah protects me, your efforts will not succeed here. Retreat back to the depth of which you came and seek redemtion for your sins or else face nothing but misery!" The kalashtar steps forward after the stumbling sea devil, and swings his blade towards it's midsection. Though the blade misses, Valahad calls out to Thusk's mind.
"Do not fear, Il-Yannah blesses us," and a divine glow surround the barbarian.
Thusk sees his opening and takes it, putting all his momentum behind a devestating swing that carries the weight of a mountain avalanche behind it, but leaves the barbarian open to counterattack.

Silly Buggers, Pok throws a small net, that grows in size and frosts over, spraying a freezing mist, and hampering his foes. The Sivis house member deftly controls the spray away from River, and himself. The sahaguins tough skin provides them excellent protection against the wizards cold.
There's no where to hide... River, I'm hurt, but save your prayers until it seems I might die. Pok press' against the mast holding the wound in his side.
*I'm disappearing at the first chance...* thought the knowledgeable gnome, looking for a spot to hide.
The raiders work together and surround the shifter, skewering him twice as he can't dodge both attacks. The guard manages a lucky strike against Valahad, piercing the paladin's armour and drawing a minor wound. The priest cannot overcome Valahad's faith and strong sense of self.
The Baron sees the paladin battling in his mind against the priest and uses the distraction to stab him with the trident and to draw a deep wound on his chest that continues to bleed.

The boat is a close approximation, but there are no ballistas or lifeboats, the only sail is the one in the middle (along F/G coordinates). The only raised area is the southern part where the Kalashters are located.
The stairs are difficult terrain, they're 10 feet up, so it takes 4 squares of movement to get up or down from the raised area.
Init:
Bad guys - 20
Lanharath - 19 <- you're up
River - 15
Valahad - 14
Thusk - 10
Pok - 7
*Funny that the highest init mods of the PCs got the lowest rolls.
