Alright, my brother is going to be just fine, the skunks are fed and asleep.

A couple questions before I update, what defense was targeted when the priest attacked Pok? Was it close or did he hit dead on? (reads: would shield help this?)

Glad to hear he's ok. Defense targeted was Will, so shield won't help (IIRC it only helps AC & Ref right?)

[sblock=ooc; Retcon]My bastion of mental clarity will trigger off the will attack. It will provide a +4 bonus to will as an interrupt for me and all my allies. Sorry I didn't notice this earlier, but at least Kalidrev didn't either. :D[/sblock]
 


[sblock=Bastion of Mental Clarity] Yeah, that's really unfortunate that it has to hit us first. Which means it'll be great against AoEs/Bursts/Blasts that target Will if we're in the blast, but otherwise, it's not so great. Otherwise that would be one overpowered ...power. [/sblock]

Pok, after standing dumbfounded at being out in the open, finaly shows signs of life. His training kicks in and out comes his wand, firing off a beautiful ball of hypnotic color. Then suddenly thick black tentacles snake up through the boards to harry the Baron and his guard.

Stepping to get a better chance at defense, Pok does his best to shake off the blow he had received while freezing up.

Slithering into his enemies minds, planting seeds of chaos, rips in reality, perennial madness', trying to break up the organization of the assault.

Standard hypnotic pattern at G8 TE of my NT
(29 vs Will on priests turn (Crit), 26 vs Will on Guard 2) Pull them over the side, Priest into the origin square, guard 2 as close to it as possible. (feel free to roll any enemies I forgot to add in...)



AP Grasping Shadows Area burst 1 centered on F2; 24 vs Will on baron, 20 vs Will on Guard 5, 14 Psychic damage, if hit slowed TENT. Shadows writhe in the area TE of my NT. Any creature entering affected area takes 5 Psychic and is slowed TE of it's NT.

Move Shift I5

save vs ongoing and -2 defenses 5, (another +5 racial bonus to saving throws against illusions. If an illusion caused the jaws and such.)
