I just thought a thread dedicated to speculation about the contents of AH PDF wouod be fun.
I'll start off. First I believe it will contain stuff beyond content related to the original book AH, its been mentioned that Kender and Warforge will come out soon, so where else would it come out, but in the PDF?
Also I think Aasmir and Eldarin will be in it, thier in the DMG so thier already released, but in a location that is not not useful to players, most of which will not be buying the DMG.
Genasi is already confirmed, but weather they'll be more like in 4e or previous Genasi is unknown. Heck they might have elekental subraces for all we know, or each element could be its own race, or it could be like the Dragonborn and you choose an element, instead of a dragon type.
Avriels are a safe bet given the cover of coming adventurer, but how they balance it I do not know. Sea Elves are also possible. Tritons, Alantans, Mermaids are possible, but unlikely for biological reasons (although that could be worked around),.
I've heard it suggested that Goliaths with thier connection to Stone are a possiblity and I could see it.
Raptorans and Aacrokas are also possible,but I doubt it.
Mephitlings are unlikely.
Somekind of Half Medusa are possible, but unlikely (a half medusa was a major character in one FR novel).
Janni are possible.
i'm trying to think of a fire based race, but nothing comes to mind.
I don't think think it will have subclasses, but Shi'ar is a possiblity.
If Aasmir are in it, hopefully they explain the whole Incarnated Deva vs. Planetouched Celestial thing that ended up so confusing. Btw did anyone else think it weird that dispite being designed the same, Aasmir gave a different more Planescape backstory to both Aasmir and Tieflings in the DMG.
I'd laugh if Shard Minds are in it.
Elemental Spells are confirmed, but which ones I have no idea.
Maybe races essential to settings, aside from Warforged and Kender, like Shifters, Changelings, Muls, Thirkeen, I'm not sure what would be essential to ravenloft, or other settings.
