I was considering trying out AOE 2 Gold. Just wanted to get a general picture of what some of the posters here think of it relative to other games in today's market, namely Rise of Nations. Which is more satisfying?
I know Rise of Nations has pretentions of being a real time Civ. Does it live up to it? Which is actually deeper? More dynamic/exciting?
