Albany Gameday VI - Sept. 9th - Thanks for coming

A quick search shows that is the day of the albany riverfront jazz festival (free concert from noon to six, not far away).

The USS Slater is in port, if she likes boats. That costs $6 and is near the jazz fest.

My understanding is you folks are by a paintball arena. What else is there that is close? Rock climbing?

I don't know about any paintball in Albany, the place right next door, so to speak, is laser tag.

As for rock climbing, there must be some cliffs somewhere in the are. Of course she could go swimming in the Hudson and pick up some nifty superpoweres from the pollution.

Well, I definitely want in on the Serenity game, preferably as Jayne but as a second as Book or Mal.

As for M&M, I'd definitely be down with that, I had a lot of fun and Piratecat's game so many moons ago. But, if I have to choose between the two, it'd be for Serenity.

These are the supposed paintball arenas in the area. Now, it has been over ten years since I played paintball in the area, but a remember there being a large warehouse in I think Troy that was a paintball arena. Didn't find anything on it, though, since i don't even remember the name.

I thought that some old warehouse that was part of the port of Albany was converted into a paintball place. I knew about it because one of the floors of the warehouse was used not for paintball battles, but to house boats and other watercrafts for the winter and that is where my boat and Sea*Doo was kept... I haven't been there in awhile though so I can't say if the place is still running paintball.

Of course, now that you have figured it out we'll have to dispose of you.

NOT 100% certain yet but it looks like I and my son may make it afterall. We are discussing a guys day and girls day out as the local Art musuem is having an arts & crafts day which interest both of them (wife and daughter)

X-crawl type of game?
Eberron adventures? (Xen'drik specifically)
or The Adventurers (near-epic level Dnd meets ...Avengers?)
