Ok...
Sliced pork tender cooked with ginger and soy sauce,
(hopefully) homemade pita bread with tomatoes and lettuce. 3-4 people.
Tofu with green onions, ginger, shaved dried bonito. Soy and rice wine vinegar. Rice. 2-3 people.
Sushi. Fake crab and cucumber. Soy, lots of wasabi (not to much though). Around 6- 10 rolls.
Lots of salad. 5+ people.
Humus to go with pita. 3-5 people.
Most of it should be under 5 bucks, have not priced yet... got the life sucked out of me when winter decided to hold on!
Nothing will be piping hot... have an hour and a half drive over the mountain. But the baking stone heated to 550˚ should keep the warm stuff warm till I get there.
As to what happens if no one eats? I do not have to cook at home for two or three days... all good for me!
