Aleph (College of Magic) Conversion- Feedback?

I posted a conversion (.pdf) of the "aleph" arcane language rules from College of Magic in the Conversion forum, and would love some feedback. I have a feeling that it's not balanced well enough for use- any comments/suggestions (posted there or here) would be appreciated.
