Would the Lizard King/Queen from Serpent Kingdoms be considered Planetouched?
Ignan Yaun-Ti?

My understanding is that to be planetouched is to have an Outsider in your ancestry and I believe these 2 qualify.

The first is a half-fiend, so no to that one.

The second might qualify.

This month's dragon has 4 new ones I'll add to the list later.

The worghest (barghest/goblins) are cool. The others are halfling/djinn, eladrin/gold elf, and azer/shield dwarf.

For some reason I feel that the Azerblooded and the Celadrin are off in some way. Maybe power-wise. Just a feeling...
