GM: She could attack it and try and do damage to it with her Laser attack (it is considered Helpless so you automatically deal +5 damage, no roll it hit it, just your power level roll). She could try raw strength but yea that might not work either. OR she can try a Technology roll to see if it is locked and how to open it. The DC depends and so is secret. It is considered a Free Action to make the Technology roll just to look, but if it is Locked and you want to open it, then it will be a Standard or Move (again depending on how complex and how good you roll)

The Princess shouts "Chiromantic Flashing Force" as her fist punches into the hatch.
OOC: Check required [roll0] vs DC 15
+18 damage to the helpless hatch

If she gets through, she will announce what she sees in the room.

Felix stomped forwards and let his attention go towards the screen of the terminal, through he was still keeping an eye out on the others, ready to interpose part of the suit in the way or a attack that looked like it would hit an ally: large and bulky did not have to mean slow, something that he did not like to flaunt needlessly.

Felix got to work on the terminal, back turned and letting the more agile third arm deal with the typing.

Felix notes that most if not all of the monitors within the room are off but there are a few with some views of the outside. He plugs into one of the terminals and with some hyper-speed starts ties to access the giant robot’s main computer. The first thing he notes is that this is one of the most advance computer subroutine system he has ever run into. It on-par with the Centurion Tower’s AI computer and years above most top-end business models. He starts unraveling the security though, bypassing firewalls and virus malware that tries to override his own systems. He gets bits and pieces of some type of alert going on within the robot’s system but he can’t really make out anything besides the fact that there are additional crew men on board and that they are preparing for the heroes. Silver Streak blasts the soldier that was attacking him and with sparks flying the man falls back to slam into another counsel and slum down unconscious. Kitsune starts speeding and leaping her way towards the giant robot, making it about half way there. Princess Starlight blasts one of the ceiling hatches open with a terrific blast of sparks and lights. She see a tunnel leading up into the robot’s body. She quickly notes that there is no way that Felix’s giant robot body is going to be able to squeeze through there, as there is just enough room for one normal sized person to climb up the latter on the side at a time!!! The Shadow easily grabs away the soldier’s sword next to him. He quickly glances at the blade and notes it is of fine workmanship and near perfect balance.

The soldier curses and stepping back, blasts the Shadow with his assault laser gun. The blind solider continue to try and hide under cover. Outside the Doomsday Robot smashes out with it huge fist, smashing a skyscraper with such force that it starts to topple over!!!

GM: Initiative
38 – Felix
24 – Silver Streak
23 – Kitsune
20 – Princess Starlight
19 – The Shadow
15 – Doomsday Robot and Soldiers

[sblock=Rolls]Felix starts working on the computer system. Note that normally this would be Extend Check would take so much time. There are no real rules for that in M&M but I was figuring 5-10 minutes depending on your Technology roll(s). Felix has Quickness 3 but it is Distracting. So the time frame I was thinking was Rank 6 of time -3 for his Quickness would mean 3 ranks of time (or 1 minute/10 rounds). With certain rolls on his Technology each round this can lower the time by -1 rank. So right now with this round, this Round, if you do nothing else it will take 30 seconds/5 rounds, to break into the basic computer’s security system. If you make a Technology roll of at least 25+ next round you will have gotten into the system at the end of the round…
Silver Streak attacks the soldier who shot him, Toughness save: 1D20+5 = [10]+5 = 15, failed by two degrees he is Out!!!
Kitsune has leaping 3 (60ft) and Speed 2 (120ft a round), so if she double moves and leaps a bit it will take her 2 rounds to make it to the Doomsday Robot. You could use Extra Effort and get there in one round if you wanted, but you would take a level of Fatigue or need to spend a Hero Point to ignore.
Princess Starlight powers up and attacks random hatch, which needs a Toughness save: 1D20+9 = [3]+9 = 12, fails with four degrees! The hatch in the ceiling is open. What Princess sees this round is in the description above.
The Shadow tries to disarm, solider resist with Strength test: 1D20+2 = [4]+2 = 6, fails. The Shadow is now holding the man’s sword.

The Soldier moves back and tries to shot the Shadow again, Attack (multiattack): 1D20+6 = [13]+6 = 19, vs. Dodge of 18. Hits with a base hit. The Shadow needs to make a Toughness save vs. DC 21.
The last soldier can make a recovery roll for one minute so he has 9 more turns of hiding in store for him.
The Doomsday robot continues to move and fire missiles into the area.[/sblock]

Hero’s Turn. Actions and Rolls.

[Sblock=OoC]... Interpose with imperious 11, ^_^[/Sblock]
Felix saw the mook step back and move to level the weapon on shadow: of all the people to let himself get shot at...
The Mech launched into action with a clanging stomp and bracing against the wall with another bash of metal on metal just before the underling fired, into the backpack section of the Suit's hide, Ruining the paint job further.

With some awkward legwork, Felix got the mech to 'casually' lean into the freshly damaged wall while looming over the Shadow. "There are more in the next compartment, at a higher state of readiness." the synthesized voice rang, Felix succeeded in resisting the urge to turn the mech's head and telling the hopeless Henchmen "Lower" before continuing, "I'm taking another crack at the terminal, if it dos not pan out, I'm going out side to distract this thing. while you all make way to and clear out the control room"

Felix then clomped back towards the terminal and got back to work... "And stop letting small arms fire distract me..." Felix grumbled to himself beneath his breath within the cockpit. "letting .... arms fire..." the monotone spoke as the mech plunged back in.
Felix left the microphone on.

The air whistled past Kitsune as she sailed down from the high perch she'd taken. The drone was tucked under her arm...she hadn't wanted to leave it where she'd destroyed it. As she fell, buoyed by waves of electromagnetic force, the robot seemed to rise up in front of her. She thought the others had found a way in...but it was a big guy. A hatch could be just about anywhere.

Perception: [roll0]

"There seems to be a ladder up about twenty feet to another hatch," The Princess announces to anyone listening as she ascends the ladder. At the top, she once again just blasts the hatch open as she says, "Chiromantic Flashing Force".
OOC: Check Required [roll0] vs DC 15
+18 damage to the helpless hatch

Round 7

Shadow wrenched the sword from the crewman’s hands and the crewman backed up, pulling up his laser gun to fire, but Felix got between.

“Thanks, kid,” Shadow muttered, testing the fine balance of the sword. “Stick with the computer,” he told Felix. “You’re the only one with a chance of getting into it. Not sure how much of a distraction you would be to this thing on the outside.”

“Princess, don’t run off alone!” Shadow shouted as he launched himself at his opponent. I can’t believe I just said that.
