Amazon February 2007 Titles

FR is obviously quickly becoming the red-headed stepchild of D&D. No regional books this year, no products in February, lowered page counts...

A continent in Eberron, where most of the psionic stuff in the setting comes from.

Ah, thanks. Well, considering it's both Eberron and Psionics, I won't be buying this.

[Nothing against Eberron, but I haven't really been interested in FR stuff since I've began creating my own homebrewn world].

What's Sarlona?
Sarlona is a continent in the Eberron campaing setting. It is the home of the Kalashtar, a new psionic race introduced in the setting, as well as the monsters who currently rule the continent: the Inspired and the Quori. They are also heavily psionic.

This is just conjecture but it smells more to me like they are getting ready to rerelease the setting with 4th edition in August of next year.

Just a guess.

To date, I don't believe that I've worked on any non-Eberron D20 products for WotC (though I've certainly done a few for other folks). So I'm thinking Amazon has a few wires crossed.

I've been agitating for a Sarlona book since people started asking what Eberron books we wanted to see. That and this summer's Faiths of Eberron were the top 2 on my most-wanted list (I still want Flamekeep: Citadel of the Silver Flame, though).

Same here.

Next up for me would be Planes of Eberron, followed by Secrets of Argonnessen. Or maybe Monsters of Eberron. Or they could do a sourcebook called City of Monsters or something detailing Greywall and Droamm; I think this might appeal more to a wider audience than just Eberron DMs. I would like to see a sourcebook for all of the other areas on Khorvaire too. I would also like to see books that detail the past. I'd really like to see an Age of Demons sourcebook that shows the landscape millions of years ago. They could either detail Khyber in this sourcebook or perhaps in another separate book along with Siberys.

Yes, but how is Wildwood? I've heard good things about the pdf. I'm looking forward to the dead tree edition.
It's not an environmental sourcebook, it's a setting book, so I skipped it, since I was looking for something akin to WotC's environment book for forests.

What's "homebrewn?" I only see this word on ENWorld. Is it an in-joke?

Sounds like a nice generic adventure. Good thing.

Good for Eberron fans and propably all fans of psionics. I may use Inspired in a homebrew game sooner or later, so this could be worth a look.

I'd love to see a book streight on dungeons. Maybe that'll be the year of the dungeon (with all the bwa bwa on "dragons are in the name and iconic" there'd better be some limelight for the other iconic namepart of the game)
