An Al-Qadim Conversion - The Ghul Lord

I've attempted to convert the Ghul Lord kit from Al-Qadim, the 2nd edition campaign setting based off of themes from 1001 Nights and orientalist Hollywood films. In the initial published version (The Complete Sha'ir's Handbook 1994), it's a vague, confusing, and potentially overpowered character class with an enormous amount of flavor - so I had to attempt it.

I'm planning on using this subclass for NPCs in my 5e Al-Qadim campaign. This conversion is most likely too powerful for a PC but let me know what you think.

NOTE: I've taken inspiration from Thomas S. and his blog: http://tower-of-infinite-evil.blogspot.com/2015/04/al-qadim-5th-edition-patch-ghul-lord.html
