An attempt at a Barbarian (Defender)

Yeah I know I did not like the Cha but it was just the only thing that would make sense with warcries. My first draft had Str/Dex/Con, war cries based on Con, bleeds (ongoing damage) based on dexterity, and whirling frenzy was designed for hide armor.

Str/Con/Wis are the stats I'd want to see.

Wisdom on a barbarian? The original AD&D barbarian was a Str/Dex/Con class. I reserve Wisdom for shamans. The wise barbarian chieftain archetype is a barbarian/shaman imo.

Anyway I decided to edit it back to Str/Dex/Con. Still overpowered, but I would like it if people could point out exactly what I should nerf on him:)

Thanks in advance

I was considering making Rages require you to expend a healing surge to activate (which would make all rage powers somewhat more costly at the same time).

I can see that sweeping strike is a bit OP though I want the 2h built to have a ready to use effect of that kind. After all blast 2 will most of the time hit two adjacent enemies. Maybe either scrape the Strength modifier or give the attack roll a -2
penalty?

Reckless Strike has a rather hefty penalty for a defender, especially considering the barbarian has less AC than Fighters and Paladins by far.

Another balancing tool I was considering was adding a penalty to rage powers; as in you need to expend hit points to use them (changing the keyword to Rage X, where X is the number of points?)
