D&D 5E ANCIENT BLACK DRAGON Innate Spellcaster questions !

I am creating a ANCIENT BLACK DRAGON Innate Spellcaster. By the rules of VARIANT: DRAGONS THE INNATE spellcasters, the number of spells per day is the charisma bonus, in case 4, and the maximum number of magic is the CR / 3, where the seventh level. My question is ........... Can I choose any 7th level spells of any class? Or Wizard only? Or Sorcerer of which spells are based on Charisma as well?

"Spellcasting" can only come form one specific class' spell list, but "Innate Spellcasting" has no such restriction. You can best see the difference when looking at a Drow Mage or Priestess of Lolth, as they have both.

This is also explained on page 10 of the MM.

I interpret that you can choose spells from any list.
