And Gygax said "LET THERE BE DROW"

Pretty nice page in my opinion hope you find it useful.
It strikes me as little more than an advert, a couple of opinion pieces, and some pretty pictures.
I'm just sick of everyone whiney about something good that's being put out to help them.
Well, the designers themselves may be sincere about helping us within the parameters of the themes they're having to follow, but I'm not sure about the sincerity of product direction folks in that respect. Smacks a bit of a cynical marketing synergy stunt to me - "Drow sell! Do more drow!"....which is good and all if you're a drow fan, I guess.

I nominate 2003 for "Year of the Otyugh". Just as arbitrary, less overdone. :D

Since they sell, there must be a lot of fans. Good for all. I'd like to see alternate representations of drow, not just the same retread.

No, not necessarily good for all - good for the fans. They're milking the drow cow thoroughly this time. I wonder if she'll ever run out of milk?

Yeah, those drow in black spidery swimsuits are getting old. I suggest trying otyughs in swimsuits. :D

And yet more Drow to come..
