Hmmm.... I'm not sure if I posted this here yet or not (and I can't easily check without the search function). I got this idea from the cool picture on page 78 of MoF. I wish I could take credit for the name, but alas, it is stolen straight off of one of my brother's Magic cards. Please tell me what you think.
Angelfire Crusader
The angelfire crusader is a holy warrior with goals and ideals much like that of the paladin, to destroy evil and injustice wherever it is found. However, the angelfire crusader's means of attaining this goal is much different than the paladin. Where the paladin would use divine resolve and pure strength of steal to dispel evil, the angelfire crusader uses raw flames channeled, they say, from the gods. The angelfire crusaders is actually a knightly order, composed of warriors that mercilessly root out havoc with their divine fire. The crusader's claim that their pure faith in their cause powers their abilities, and indeed, many are dedicated to a point of fanaticism. The crusaders have no common god, though many are fierce devotees of Hieroneous, Pelor, or St. Cuthburt. Paladins, fighters, and clerics are most commonly crusaders, though monks are not unheard of. A few rangers join the order, and the rare sorcerer or wizard that becomes a crusader become very powerful in their mastery of fire.

Tried by Fire: The trials by fire required to become a crusader build up a sort of resistance in the angelfire crusader, hardening him against similar effects. He gains a resistance bonus on all saves against all fire effects equal to his AFC level.
Divine Inferno: With a wave of his hand, the angelfire crusader can bathe his close foes in his sacred flames, charring their flesh and bone. He can use the spell Burning Hands as a caster of his AFC level the listed times per day. However, unlike normal, this spell deals double damage against evil creatures.
Flame of Faith: By virtue of his dedication alone, the Angelfire Crusader can cause his weapon to burn with a holy flames, felling the minions of darkness as the woodsman fells a tree. When activated as a standard action, any weapon he holds (or his bare hands if he so wishes) becomes a Flaming Burst weapon for one round per AFC level. This is a spell like ability that can be used the listed number of times per day.
Shield of Flame: The Angelfire Crusader strides into battle, seemingly immolated by fires burning from an unseen force. His foes leap back from him in agony, punished for their blasphemous nature. The listed number of times per day, the crusader may cast Fire Shield as a caster of his AFC level as a spell like ability. Only the warm shield may be used, and unlike normal, the fires are the color of regular flames.
Blessing of the Flame: Tales speak of Angelfire Crusaders enduring dragon's fire and the charring anger of evil magic wielders. Indeed, the Angelfire Crusader's faith is so strong that he can walk through raging infernos and not feel the heat. He gains fire resistance equal to his AFC level times his constitution modifier (e.g. A sixth level AFC with Con 16 was fire resistance 18). The Angelfire Crusader's fire resistance cannot go above 30 by virtue of this ability.
Fiery Presence: By the time he has reached ninth level, the Angelfire Crusader's divine purpose is apparent in all who behold him. His eyes burn with a sacred light and he is followed by the scent of brimstone. He adds his AFC level to all intimidate checks and gains a +2 sacred bonus on all other charisma related checks.
Angelfire: At tenth level, there can be no doubt that the Crusader draws his power from a higher power. Half of all the damage dealt by his Divine Inferno, Flame of Faith, and Shield of Flame results from a divine power and therefore is not subject to being resisted by effects such as Protection from Elements (fire) and the fire immunity of many creatures. Angelfire is a supernatural ability.
Ex-Angelfire Crusaders: Any Angelfire Crusader that ceases to be of the LG, LN, or NG alignment loses all class features except for Trial by Fire (the resistance there is a natural one built up by the trials themselves). In addition, he may never again gain levels in this prestige class. In fact, most ex-crusaders are hounded by their once fellow comrades, seeking to make the heretic pay for his wavering faith.
Multiclassing Note: Paladins may freely multiclass with this prestige class.
